SUNDAY POLO AT OAK BROOK
Sponsorship Opportunities

The growth of polo in the last two decades has been phenomenal, and in the year 2007, the sport is more alive than ever.  We invite your organization to participate in this unique marketing opportunity by joining us as a sponsor in the most beautiful and exciting team sport – POLO!  The summer season at Oak Brook – from July 1 through September 9 – will provide an elegant country setting for hosting corporate and private parties, charity benefits and group outings.  We hope you will join us in celebrating the 85-year-old tradition of polo in Oak Brook.

BEST PLAYING PONY SPONSOR - $5,000 per season
The Best Playing Pony award, provided by sponsor, will be given to the most outstanding pony in four high-profile tournaments played during the season.  Sponsor receives season-long box with signage; tickets to distribute to clients and guests, and partial use of tent for entertaining; family or corporate membership; weekly announcements; and participation in trophy presentation at all matches where “Best Playing Pony” award is presented.

MOST VALUABLE PLAYER - $5,000 per season
The most outstanding player in four tournaments will be honored with a special award provided by the sponsor. Sponsor receives season-long box with signage; tickets to distribute to clients and guests, and partial use of tent for entertaining; family or corporate membership; weekly announcements; and participation in trophy presentation at all matches where MVP award is presented.

SCOREBOARD - $4,000 per season
Company name and logo are prominently displayed on scoreboard throughout the polo season. Sponsor receives season-long box with signage; tickets to distribute to guests throughout the season; use of tent for entertaining; signage (provided by sponsor); weekly announcements; family or corporate membership; and participation in trophy presentation.

TOURNAMENT SPONSOR - INQUIRE
Sponsor’s name is included in tournament title.  Includes 50 tickets; partial use of field-side tent for entertaining; two preferred parking spaces and box seating for day; and participation in trophy presentation. Signage, banners and promotional materials may be displayed (provided by sponsor).

SUNDAY EVENT - $1,000
Event is titled in sponsor’s name. Includes 50 tickets, partial use of fieldside tent if event is catered by Oak Brook Bath & Tennis Club (catering costs are additional), two preferred parking spaces and box seating for day, and participation in trophy presentation. Signage, banners and promotional materials may be displayed (provided by sponsor).

CHARITY SPONSOR - $1,000
For a fee of $1,000, your company can underwrite tickets for a charity event at polo. The Polo Club will donate up to 200 tickets to a charity to assist in their fund-raising efforts. A great sponsorship opportunity!

BANNER SPONSOR - $500
A 3’ x 8’ (approximate size) sign or banner with your company’s name will be prominently displayed at the polo grounds throughout the polo season. Sponsorship includes family membership and 20 tickets to distribute during season. Sponsor must provide banner.
